The difficulty with the legal order of succession
Mrs. Müller does not have any heirs that have a statutory entitlement. Therefor she can dispose of her assets as she pleases. She was an only child and her next of kin are her cousins, to which she has never kept in contact. Mrs. Müller always wanted to write a last will and testament but never got round to it. She passed away without and binding directive as to how her estate should be divided.
